A customer receiving imported biomass fuel for power generation sought to compare the analytical results obtained at the loading port with the actual quality condition of the cargo upon arrival at the discharge port.
While sampling and analysis had traditionally been conducted only at the loading port, the customer decided to carry out sampling and analysis at the discharge port as well in order to verify possible quality changes during transportation and identify any discrepancies in analytical results.
