EU – Regulation EEC No. 2018/848 of Organic Production
Since the beginning of regulated European Union (EU) organic certification, we serve companies all over the world with a wide range of services including organic certification and the issueance of the Certificate of Inspection (C.O.I.) through TRACES. Control Union Certifications is accredited by RvA for the application of this Regulation under registration number RvA-C412 Products.
USDA – NOP Organic Regulation for USA
The US authority (US Department of Agriculture) accredits Control Union Certifications for the National Organic Program (NOP), for agricultural products sold, labeled, or represented as “organic” within the U.S.
GLOBALG.A.P.

Bio Suisse
Bio Suisse is the Swiss organic market’s private label and the owner of the registered trademark Bud. Its standards are private law guidelines and exceed the minimum legal requirements in essential respects (EU-Eco-Regulation 2018/848 or equivalent).
